I do. I buy the kiddos a few presents each, but usually one joint one for my bosses. This year I got them a mini donut maker and a personalized family ornament.

I buy presents for the kids and offer a free evening of babysitting to the parents.

Yes. This year I got Toddler an outfit (because we have no 2T hand-me-downs for him and he's 22 months now) and a Sing-a-majig. I got Baby a glow worm and a board book. My bosses are getting mugs, a couple pounds of coffee, and some homemade goodies!

Yeah. I do. But that is because I am very close with Mom-Boss. We're only 3 years apart in age, and get along VERY well... if I wasn't her nanny, I'd still want to be her friend. She's seriously cool.

This is my 2nd Christmas with them..

I have spend about $50 on gifts for the baby (who, I guess isn't really a baby anymore :sob:)
and her gift was about $80.

edited to add::
I hadn't initially intended to spend that much on the parents. I think that $80 is probably a bit much... A more appropriate budget would be in the $50 mark, I think....

I only buy for the kids. I figure they have everything they could ever need and if I did buy for them as well it would almost be like buying for 3-4 bosses.

I buy (or make) presents for the kids and usually do a craft project (ornaments, cards, etc) with the kids for the parents.

I'm a live in and usually spend Christmas with the family, so yes, I do.

Last year I bought the girls (3 and 5) Disney princess nightshirts and a toy each. I bought the Dad a voucher for his favourite restaurant, the mom a mani/pedi voucher and a framed photo of the girls for the grandma.

This year the family I am with have 5 kids (blended family) under 6 so I went to Walmart and bought them each 2 $5 gifts - they each got a bathset with bubble bath and a couple of cool bath toys, the 3 girls got a pack of lipglosses and the boys got these other little toys.

I'm giving the mom and dad nice framed photos of the kids because they are in a new house and don't have any photos as they've just moved here from overseas!
